A Village Family Business - The Farmyard Restaurant was first opened in 1998 as a small village taverna with several changes taking place over the years by Chef Savvas Iacovides who now runs the Restaurant with his wife, Rachel.
What started as a Coffee shop has changed and grown over the years. Savvas first opened the Taverna in 1998, the building being half the size with animals located outside, hence the name 'Farmyard Tavern'.
Each new year came new changes, an extension here and there, gradually becoming the 'Farmyard Restaurant' it presently is.
Not only has the building extended, we have updated our Menus. We offer 2 Cuisines in 1 restaurant, An International Menu and Chinese & Thai Cuisine. Several years ago, after listening to our regular customers who felt the need for something different, locally, we changed the concept of our restaurant. Now Chef Savvas, Chef Dammar and Chef Chander offer a dining twist in the Village location.
Our Wine menu has been expanded to offer both Local & Imported Wines and our Bar offers a wide selection of spirits and Cocktails.
