Owner & Chef

As part of being the owner Savvas deals with the day to day running of the Restaurant and Vegetable garden. Chef to our International Menu



From Nepal, our Cook Dammar specializes in Chinese & Thai Cuisine. He has assisted in starting the Asian cuisine in the Restaurant ranging from take aways, Dining In and Big Event evenings. He has also learnt and assist Savvas on our International menu


Owner and Front of House

Together with her husband, Rachel works on the day to day running of the restaurant with the administration duties.
